Fancy trying something sporty in the great outdoors?
Tree Top Ropes and Climbing is for those aged 11-16 looking for the big challenge!
The Tree Top course consists of bridges, tight-ropes and other challenges suspended 30ft above the forest floor.
Pre-booking is essential; bookings are taken online or via post.

Bikeability is cycling proficiency for the
21st century
Children aged 7 to 16.
Mountain Biking is challenging and fun with the opportunity to race the undulating terrain of Hylands Park through woodland and grass; expect to get muddy!

This fun packed afternoon session will give you a chance to learn the basics of
basketball and have loads of fun playing basketball related games.

Free Style Dance at Chelmsford Sports and Athletics Centre
Great chance to come along and strut your dance moves at this fantastic introduction
to the different genres of dance. No experience needed.

X Factor Boot Camp at Dovedale Sports Centre
Come along and experience an X Factor style boot camp. Sing on Karaoke and
learn some dances and perform it all at the end for your parents/guardians!

Dance Mats at Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre
So you think you can dance? With our interactive dance mats everyone can dance! Easy to follow steps and funky music make this a fun and exciting activity for both boys and girls. Ages 7 to 12 years and just £5 per child.

ZumbAtomic at Dovedale Sports Centre
Sure, 'chillin’ out is cool. But 'rockin’ out is a blast! That’s why you’re gonna love the Zumbatomic® fitness program for kids. It’s a fast forward fusion of the Zumba program’s moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and more) and high-octane workouts designed to let kids max out on fun and fitness all at the same time. Safe and effective, kids can’t wait to get into the ZumbAtomic groove.
